Right 98-7927 authorizes the storage of an annual total of 22.7 acre-feet, comprised of 4.2 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling or carryover storage of the pond, 1.7 acre-feet for the replacement of losses due to seepage and evaporation, and up to 16.8 acre-feet for additional refills for irrigation from storage use.
