X15 A fish screen of 1/4 inch or smaller mesh shall be installed and maintained at the points of diversion from the Kootenai and Moyie Rivers.
027 Use of water under this right shall be non-consumptive.
122 The right holder shall not divert water at a rate exceeding what is reasonably necessary for the beneficial use authorized by this right.
