219 Rights 98-7848 and 98-7909 authorize the diversion of an annual total of 2228.4 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the impoundment, for the replacement of losses caused by seepage and evaporation, for the draining and refill of the impoundment and for the wildlife flow through diversion.
01M After specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device to determine the amount of water diverted and shall annually report the information to the Department.
220 The wetland pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 575.8 acre-feet.
