220 The pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 7.0 acre-feet.
219 Right authorize the diversion of an annual total of 12.2 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the pond, for the replacement of losses caused by evaporation and for the storage of water for stock, irrigation and wildlife.
