R62 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 3.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the lands above.
X35 Rights 98-117A, 98-117B, 98-7402 and 98-7876 when combined shall not exceed the irrigation of 173.4 acres.
WB9 Water shall not be diverted under this right when flows in the Kootenai River are below established minimum flow amounts.
01M After specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device or shall enter into an agreement with the Department to use power records to determine the amount of water diverted and shall annually report the information to the Department.
219 Right 98-7876 authorizes the total annual storage volume of 249.6 acre-feet, 7.3 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the pond and 6.5 acre-feet for the replacement of losses caused by evaporation.
220 The pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 7.3 acre-feet or a total surface area of 0.7 acres.
