01M After specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device or shall enter into an agreement with the Department to determine the amount of water diverted from power records and shall annually report the information to the Department.
219 Right 98-7848 authorize the diversion of an annual total of 676.4 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the reservoir and for the replacement of losses caused by seepage and evaporation authorized under Right and for replacement of losses caused by transpiration from riparian vegetation.
220 The wetland pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 230.4 acre-feet.
X13 The Director retains jurisdiction to require a bypass flow for maintenance of fish, wildlife, riparian and aquatic habitat.
