Code	Condtions
F06	The following rights are diverted through points of diversion described above: 98-7672, 98-7818, 98-7820, and 98-7822.
T07	The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one year of the date of this approval.
T08	Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
046	Right holder shall comply with the drilling permit requirements of Idaho Code § 42-235 and applicable Well Construction Rules of the Department.
180	A map depicting the place of use boundary for this water right at the time of this approval is attached to this document for illustration purposes.
01M	After specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device or shall enter into an agreement with the Department to determine the amount of water diverted from power records and shall annually report the information to the Department.
126	Place of use is within the service area of Three Mile Water District as provided for under Idaho law. The place of use is generally located as follows: Township 63 North, Range 01 East, Sections 33-36; Township 62 North, Range 01 East, Sections 1-4, 9-12, 13-16, and 21-24; Township 62 North, Range 02 East, Sections 7-9, and 16-22.
