01M After specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device or shall enter into an agreement with the Department to use power records to determine the amount of water diverted and shall annually report the information to the Department.
R62 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 3.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.
219 Right 98-7694 authorizes a total annual storage volume of 2.5 acre-feet, 1.8 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the pond and for the irrigation from storage component, and 0.7 acre-feet for the replacement of losses caused by seepage and evaporation.
220 The pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 1.8 acre-feet or a total surface area of 0.23 acres.
X35 Rights 98-2052 and 98-7694 when combined shall not exceed the irrigation of 126.2 acres.
004 This right does not grant any right-of-way or easement across the land of another.
