01M After specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device or shall enter into an agreement with the Department to use power records to determine the amount of water diverted and shall annually report the information to the Department.
005 Use of water under this right is subject to control by the watermaster of State Water District No. 98A .
217 Some or all of the water use authorized by this right is claimed with an earlier priority date in the Cow Creek Adjudication Claim No. 98-117B,98-117A. If ClaimS 98-117B AND 98-117A is decreed as it is claimed, this right shall be diminished by the amount necessary to avoid any redundancy of water rights.
R62 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 3.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.
