Code Condtions
001 A measuring device of a type approved by the Department shall be permanently installed and maintained as part of the diverting works.
005 Use of water under this right is subject to control by the watermaster of State Water District No.98A.
R62 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 3.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.
219 Right 98-7312 authorizes the diversion of an annual total of 3 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the poond and for the replacement of losses caused by evaporation.
