Right 97-7579 authorizes the storage of an annual total of 16.0 acre-feet, comprised of 0.4 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling or carryover storage of the storage tank, up to 14.0 acre-feet for additional refills for irrigation from storage use, and up to 2.0 acre-feet for additional refills for domestic from storage use.

The reservoir established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 0.4 acre-feet.

After specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device or shall enter into an agreement with the Department to use power records to determine the amount of water diverted and shall annually report the information to the Department.
