218 Water shall not be diverted from fire protection storage except to fight or repel an existing fire.
219 Right 96-9830 authorizes total annual storage volume of 7.1 acre-feet, 5.6 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling or carryover storage of the pond and 1.5 acre-feet for the replacement of losses caused by seepage and evaporation.
220 The pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 5.6 acre-feet or a total surface area of 0.7 acres.
