Code Condtions
218 Water shall not be diverted from fire protection storage except to fight or repel an existing fire.
219 Right 96-9685 authorizes a total annual storage volume of 4.1 acre-feet, consisting of 3.2 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling or carryover storage of the pond and 0.9 acre-feet for the replacement of losses caused by seepage and evaporation.
220 The pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 3.2 acre-feet or a total surface area of 0.4 acres.
222 Prior to diversion of water under this right, the right holder shall permanently install and maintain a staff gage acceptable or other measuring device acceptable to the Department to determine the rate of reservoir fill.
