Code Condtions
218 Water shall not be diverted from fire protection storage except to fight or repel an existing fire.
220 The reservoir established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 13.8 acre-feet or a total surface area of 1.4 acres.
259 Right 96-9645 authorizes the storage of an annual total of 15.3 acre-feet, comprised of 13.8 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling or carryover storage of the pond, and 1.5 acre-feet for the replacement of losses due to evaporation. Up to 13.8 acre-feet for additional refills for commercial from storage use is authorized annually from the pond.
