Code Condtions
218 Water shall not be diverted from fire protection storage except to fight or repel an existing fire.
219 Right 96-9550 authorizes a total annual storage volume of 21.0 acre-feet, 17.4 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling or carryover storage of the six ponds and 3.6 acre-feet for the replacement of losses caused by evaporation.
220 The six (6) ponds established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 17.4 acre-feet or a total surface area of 6.2 acres.
123 Water stored under this right is subject to fluctuations of the water table caused by changes in the flow of local streams and by diversions under prior ground water rights. This right does not guarantee the maintenance of any particular ground water level.
Recreation storage is for wildlife viewing, hunting, and fishing.
