218 Water shall not be diverted from fire protection storage except to fight or repel an existing fire.
220 The pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 9.1 acre-feet or a total surface area of 1.4 acres.
259 Right 96-9525 authorizes the storage of an annual total of 24.2 acre-feet, 9.1 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the pond, 11.8 acre-feet for the replacement of losses due to seepage and evaporation, and up to 3.3 acre-feet for additional refills for irrigation from storage use.
