R66 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.03 cfs per acre nor more than 3.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.
219 Right 96-9517 authorizes a total annual storage volume of 2.6 acre-feet, 0.3 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling or carryover storage of the pond and 2.3 acre-feet for the replacement of losses caused by seepage and evaporation.
220 The pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 2.6 acre-feet or a total surface area of 0.1 acres.
227 Water shall not be diverted under this right when flows in the Pack River are below minimum flow amounts as defined by Right 96-8717. The right holder shall be responsible for monitoring the daily flow of the Pack River using real-time data and shall cease diverting water when flows in the Pack River are below established minimum flow amounts. Unless otherwise specified by the Director of the Department of Water Resources, data from the U.S. Geological Survey gauging station at Colburn, No. 12392300, may be used for purposes of determining the daily flow amounts.
