218 Water shall not be diverted from fire protection storage except to fight or repel an existing fire.
220 The pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 21.2 acre-feet or a total surface area of 1.47 acres.
219 Right 96-9449 authorizes the storage of an annual total of 25.7 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the pond, for the replacement of losses caused by evaporation and for the storage of water for recreation, wildlife, and fire protection purposes.
Recreational use is for swimming and fishing.
WB9 Water shall not be diverted under this right when flows in Lightning Creek are below established minimum flow amounts as defined by Right 96-7979.
