This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 3.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the lands above.
The right holder is not authorized to divert water when the diversion will dewater the source thus preventing flow from passing the diversion and flowing toward Beaver Lake.
This right authorizes an annual volume of water to fill the storage facility with 2.8 AF and the amount required to replace losses through evaporation and reasonable seepage, as determined by department, between January 1 and June 1 each year.
The right holder is authorized to divert water from the storage pond to the irrigation use, but is not authorized to divert water directly from the source to the irrigation use.
The right holder shall install a suitable measuring device or shall otherwise determine the amount of water diverted and shall report the information to the department each year.
