R66 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.03 cfs per acre nor more than 3.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the lands above.
Modifications to or variance from this license shall be made within the limits of Section 42-222, Idaho Code, or the applicable Idaho law and shall not be made without the consent of the owners of the lands identified herein. This right does not authorize the use of water on properties other than the following: domestic use for 1 home located on Lot 2A; 1 home on Tax 25 less 29/Tax 30 less 40; 1 home on Tax 6; 1 home on Tax 8; 1 home on Tax 10/Tax 11 also known as RP 55N01W085660 A.; 1 home on Tax 37/Tax 39; and 1 home on Tax 38 for a total of 7 homes. Domestic use does not include lawn, garden, landscape or other types of irrigation. This right does not grant a right-of-way or easement across the lands of any person or entity and does not authorize the right holder to trespass on the property of others to maintain or operate the system. This right does not constitute approval of any other agency for the maintenance or operation of the system. This right does not serve to vest in the right holder sole ownership of the water right or of the existing delivery system.
