All water diverted under this right for in-house domestic use shall be returned to the Smith Creek drainage basin via the property's sewage disposal system. Water shall be diverted from an infiltration gallery placed not closer than two (2) feet from the ordinary high water mark of Smith Creek at a rate not to exceed 0.01 cfs.
