259 Right 96-11100 authorizes the storage of an annual total of 1.8 acre-feet, comprised of 0.4 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling or carryover storage of the pond, 0.2 acre-feet for the replacement of losses due to evaporation, and up to 1.2 acre-feet for additional refills for irrigation from storage use.
