218 Water shall not be diverted from fire protection storage except to fight or repel an existing fire.
219 Right 96-10529 authorizes a total annual storage volume of 6.3 acre-feet, 4.1 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling or carryover storage of the two (2) ponds, 1.8 acre-feet for the replacement of losses caused by seepage and evaporation, and 0.4 acre-feet for stockwater storage.
