Domestic use under this right is for 15 homes and does not include lawn, garden, landscape, or other types of irrigation.
Rights 96-08061 and 96-08913 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 0.07 cfs, a total annual maximum diversion volume of 52.2 af, and the irrigation of a total of 18 acres.
This right is limited to the irrigation of 7 acres within the place of use described above.
Rights 96-08061 and 96-08913 serve a total of 46 lots described as Blk. 2 in its entirety; 11 lots within Blk. 3; Blk. 4 in it entirety; and Lots 1-8, Blk. 5; Hackney Field Addition; and Lots 1-24, 1st Addition to Hackney Field Addition.
Point of diversion is located within Lot 2, Blk. 3, Hackney Field Addition.
Right 96-08061 is also diverted through the point of diversion described above.

Water shall not be diverted for fire protection use under this right except to fight or repel an existing fire.

After specific notification by the department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device or shall enter into an agreement with the department to determine the amount of water diverted from power records and shall annually report the information to the department.

This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 3.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the lands above.
