C18 This partial decree is subject to such general provisions necessary for the definition of the rights or for the efficient administration of the water rights as may be ultimately determined by the Court at a point in time no later than the entry of a final unified decree. Section 42-1412(6), Idaho Code.
077 Water shall not be diverted for fire protection use under this right except to fight or repel an existing fire.
128 Place of use is within the area served by the public water supply system of Bitterroot Water Co Inc. The place of use is generally located within Township 53N, Range 03W, Sections 20, 28, 29, 30, 32 and 33.

046 Right holder shall comply with the drilling permit requirements of Idaho Code § 42-235 and applicable Well Construction Rules of the Department.
Prior to the diversion and use of water under this approval for the proposed well No.3, the right holder shall comply with applicable water quality monitoring and/or permitting requirements administered by the Department of Environmental Quality.
T07 The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one year of the date of this approval.
T08 Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
174 This right authorizes the diversion of ground water within the Rathdrum Prairie Ground Water Management Area (RPGWMA). Use of water under this right shall be subject to the provisions of the RPGWMA management plan approved by the director, including its conservation goals.
175 When notified by the Department, the right holder shall record the quantity of water diverted and annually report diversions of water and/or other pertinent hydrologic and system information as required by Idaho Code § 42-701, and/or the management plan for the Rathdrum Prairie Ground Water Management Area.
01R When notified by the Department, the right holder shall install and maintain a measuring device of a type acceptable to the Department as part of the diverting works.
