Code Condtions
174 This right authorizes the diversion of ground water within the Rathdrum Prairie Ground Water Management Area (RPGWMA). Use of water under this right shall be subject to the provisions of the management plan approved by the director for the RPGWMA.
01M After specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device or shall enter into an agreement with the Department to use power records to determine the amount of water diverted and shall annually report the information to the Department.
175 When notified by the Department, the right holder shall record the quantity of water diverted and annually report diversions of water and/or other pertinent hydrologic and system information as required by Section 42-701, Idaho Code, and/or the management plan for the Rathdrum Prairie Ground Water Management Area.
132 Domestic use is for 39 trailer lots. Irrigation of lawn, garden and landscaping associated with the home is authorized under the irrigation component of this right.
R62 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 3.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.
X35 Rights 95-9561 and 95-8597 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 0.46 cfs, a total annual maximum diversion volume of 100.8 af at the field headgate, and the irrigation of 16 acres.
