004 This right does not grant any right-of-way or easement across the land of another.
01M After specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device or shall enter into an agreement with the Department to determine the amount of water diverted from power records and shall annually report the information to the Department.
R62 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 Cubic Feet per Second (CFS) per acre nor more than 3.0 Acre Feet (AF) annually per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the lands above.
174 This right authorizes the diversion of ground water within the Rathdrum Prairie Ground Water Management Area (RPGWMA). Use of water under this right shall be subject to the provisions of the RPGWMA management plan approved by the director, including its conservation goals.
