Code	Condtions
174	This right authorizes the diversion of ground water within the Rathdrum Prairie Ground Water Management Area (RPGWMA). Use of water under this right shall be subject to the provisions of the RPGWMA management plan approved by the director, including its conservation goals.
01R	When notified by the Department, the right holder shall install and maintain a measuring device of a type acceptable to the Department as part of the diverting works.
175	When notified by the Department, the right holder shall record the quantity of water diverted and annually report diversions of water and/or other pertinent hydrologic and system information as required by Idaho Code § 42-701, and/or the management plan for the Rathdrum Prairie Ground Water Management Area.
128	Place of use is within the area served by the public water supply system of Hayden Lake Irrigation District. The place of use is generally located within Sections 11,14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23, 26 & 27, Township 51N, Range 04W.
004	This right does not grant any right-of-way or easement across the land of another.
T21	The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by Transfer No. 83150 by January 15, 2021.
T22	Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of Transfer No. 83150 is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
046	Right holder shall comply with the drilling permit requirements of Idaho Code § 42-235 and applicable Well Construction Rules of the Department.
C18	This partial decree is subject to such general provisions necessary for the definition of the rights or for the efficient administration of the water rights as may be ultimately determined by the Court at a point in time no later than the entry of a final unified decree. Idaho Code § 42-1412(6).
