218 Water shall not be diverted from fire protection storage except to fight or repel an existing fire.
219 Right 95-18041 authorizes a total annual storage volume of 26.5 acre-feet, 19.6 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling or carryover storage of the five (5) ponds and 6.9 acre-feet for the replacement of losses caused by seepage and evaporation.
220 The five (5) ponds established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 19.6 acre-feet or a total surface area of 3.6 acres.
