219 Right 95-17993 authorizes a total annual storage volume of 0.5 acre-feet, 0.3 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling or carryover storage of the pond and 0.2 acre-feet for the replacement of losses caused by seepage and evaporation.
220 The pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 0.3 acre-feet or a total surface area of 0.1 acres.
Pond storage is for wildlife and aesthetic uses.
