F06	The following rights are diverted through point of diversion described above: 95-8065 & 95-17969.
174	This right authorizes the diversion of ground water within the Rathdrum Prairie Ground Water Management Area (RPGWMA). Use of water under this right shall be subject to the provisions of the RPGWMA management plan approved by the director, including its conservation goals.
01R	When notified by the Department, the right holder shall install and maintain a measuring device of a type acceptable to the Department as part of the diverting works.
175	When notified by the Department, the right holder shall record the quantity of water diverted and annually report diversions of water and/or other pertinent hydrologic and system information as required by Idaho Code § 42-701, and/or the management plan for the Rathdrum Prairie Ground Water Management Area.
X35	Rights 95-8065 and 95-17969 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 0.58 cfs and a total annual maximum diversion volume of 78.0 af.
126	Place of use is within the service area of Ohio Match Road Water District as provided for under Idaho law. The place of use is generally located within Township 52 North, Range 3 West Section 18, and Township 52 North, Range 4 West, Sections 13, 14, 23 and 24.

004	This right does not grant any right-of-way or easement across the land of another.
