Some of the water use authorized by this right is claimed with an earlier priority date on Coeur d'Alene and Spokane River Basin Adjudication Claim No. 95-14394. If Claim 95-14394 is decreed as it is claimed, this right shall be diminished by the amount necessary to avoid any redundancy of water rights.

Rights 95-14394 and 95-17666 combined domestic use is for 49 mobile homes and 25 RV sites. Irrigation of lawn, garden and landscaping associated with the home is authorized under the irrigation component of this right.

This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.03 cfs per acre nor more than 3.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.

Rights 95-14394, and 95-17666 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 0.17 cfs, a total annual maximum diversion volume of 46.4 af at the field headgate, and the irrigation of 4.5 acres.

This right authorizes the diversion of ground water within the Rathdrum Prairie Ground Water Management Area (RPGWMA). Use of water under this right shall be subject to the provisions of the RPGWMA management plan approved by the director, including its conservation goals.

When notified by the Department, the right holder shall install and maintain a measuring device of a type acceptable to the Department as part of the diverting works.

When notified by the Department, the right holder shall record the quantity of water diverted and annually report diversions of water and/or other pertinent hydrologic and system information as required by Idaho Code § 42-701, and/or the management plan for the Rathdrum Prairie Ground Water Management Area.
