F06 The following rights are diverted through points of diversion described above: 95-9481 & 95-17573.
174 This right authorizes the diversion of ground water within the Rathdrum Prairie Ground Water Management Area (RPGWMA). Use of water under this right shall be subject to the provisions of the RPGWMA management plan approved by the director, including its conservation goals.
175 When notified by the Department, the right holder shall record the quantity of water diverted and annually report diversions of water and/or other pertinent hydrologic and system information as required by Idaho Code § 42-701, and/or the management plan for the Rathdrum Prairie Ground Water Management Area.
01R When notified by the Department, the right holder shall install and maintain a measuring device of a type acceptable to the Department as part of the diverting works.
071 The domestic use authorized under this right shall not exceed 13,000 gallons per day per home.
132 Domestic use is for 3 homes. Irrigation of lawn, garden and landscaping associated with the home is authorized under the irrigation component of this right.
R66 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.03 cfs per acre nor more than 3.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.
X35 Rights 95-9481 and 95-17573, when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 0.10 cfs, a total annual maximum diversion volume of 34.8 af at the field headgate, and the irrigation of 10.2 acres.
004 This right does not grant any right-of-way or easement across the land of another.
