259 Right 95-17386 authorizes the storage of an annual total of 13.0 acre-feet, 1.2 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the pond, 0.7 acre-feet for the replacement of losses due to seepage and evaporation, and up to 11.1 acre-feet for additional refills for irrigation from storage use.
