220 The three ponds established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 1.0 acre-feet or a total surface area of 0.3 acres.
259 Right 95-17300 authorizes the storage of an annual total of 25.3 acre-feet for Stockwater and Irrigation storage, comprised of 1.0 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling or carryover storage of the three ponds, 0.7 acre-feet for the replacement of losses due to seepage and evaporation, and up to 23.6 acre-feet for additional refills for irrigation from storage use.
