220 The pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 16.3 acre-feet.
219 Right 95-17218 authorizes a total annual storage volume of 30.4 acre-feet, 16.3 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling or carryover storage of the pond, and 14.1 acre-feet for the replacement of losses caused by seepage and evaporation.
