Code Condtions
219 Right 95-17127 authorizes a total annual storage volume of 46.3 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the pond, for the replacement of losses caused by evaporation and for the storage of water for recreation, fire protection and irrigation purposes.
220 The pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 4.2 acre-feet or a total surface area of 0.6 acres.
R58 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 3.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.
