218 Water shall not be diverted from fire protection storage except to fight or repel an existing fire.
219 Right 95-16968 authorizes a total annual storage volume of 0.8 acre-feet, 0.7 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the pond and 0.1 acre-feet for the replacement of losses caused by evaporation.
220 The pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 0.7 acre-feet or a total surface area of 0.1 acres.
