219 This right authorizes the annual storage of 0.2 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the pond, for the replacement of losses caused by evaporation from the pond and for the storage of water for recreation and fire protection uses.
218 Water shall not be diverted from fire protection storage except to fight or repel an existing fire.
