X15 A fish screen of 1/4 inch or smaller mesh shall be installed and maintained at the point of diversion.
R62 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 3.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.
219 Right 95-9048 and 95-16536 authorize total annual storage volume of 88.2 acre-feet, 1.3 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the pond and 86.5 acre-feet for the replacement of losses caused by and evaporation and for storage of water for recreation and irrigation purposes.
220 The pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 1.3 acre-feet or a total surface area of 0.13 acres.
928 Some of the water use authorized by this right is claimed with an earlier priority date on Coeur d'Alene and Spokane River Basin Adjudication Claim No. 95-16537. If Claim 95-16537 is decreed as it is claimed, this right shall be diminished by the amount necessary to avoid any redundancy of water rights.
