When notified by the Department, the right holder shall record the quantity of water diverted and annually report diversions of water and/or other pertinent hydrologic and system information as required by Section 42-701, Idaho Code, and/or the management plan for the Rathdrum Prairie Ground Water Management Area.

Place of use is within the area served by the public water supply system of Panhandle Mobile Estates Association, PWS No. ID1280130. The place of use is generally located within Section 22, Township 52N, Range 04W.

After specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device or shall enter into an agreement with the Department to use power records to determine the amount of water diverted and shall annually report the information to the Department.

Rights 95-7012, 95-7201, and 95-16497 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 0.76 cfs, and a total annual maximum diversion volume of 76.4 af at the field headgate.
