218 Water shall not be diverted from fire protection storage except to fight or repel an existing fire.
Recreation storage is for fishing, swimming and boating.
219 Right 95-15433 authorizes a total annual storage volume of 6.3 acre-feet, 5.4 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the pond and 0.9 acre-feet for the replacement of losses caused by evaporation.
