Code Condtions
218 Water shall not be diverted from fire protection storage except to fight or repel an existing fire.
219 Right 95-15274 authorizes a total annual storage volume of 3.4 acre-feet, 2.0 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling or carryover storage of the pond, 1.1 acre-feet for the replacement of losses caused by seepage and evaporation, and 0.3 acre-feet for stockwater storage use.
220 The pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 2.0 acre-feet or a total surface area of 0.5 acres.
Recreation storage is for swimming and boating.
