218 Water shall not be diverted from fire protection storage except to fight or repel an existing fire.
219 Right 95-15105 authorizes a total annual storage volume of 1.3 acre-feet, 0.9 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling or carryover storage of the pond and 0.4 acre-feet for the replacement of losses caused by seepage and evaporation.
