This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 3.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.

Water shall not be diverted from fire protection storage except to fight or repel an existing fire.

The eleven (11) ponds established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 28.2 acre-feet or a total surface area of 4.4 acres.

Right 95-14541 authorizes the storage of an annual total of 376.9 acre-feet, comprised of 28.2 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling or carryover storage of the eleven ponds, 12.4 acre-feet for the replacement of losses due to seepage and evaporation, and up to 336.3 acre-feet for additional refills for irrigation from storage use.

Rights 95-8546 and 95-14541 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 1.56 cfs, and a total annual maximum diversion volume of 376.9 af at the field headgate. Rights 95-4139, 95-7624, 95-8546, and 95-14541 when combined shall not exceed irrigation of 112.1 acres.
Recreation use is for fishing and golf course hazards.

This right authorizes the diversion of ground water within the Rathdrum Prairie Ground Water Management Area (RPGWMA). Use of water under this right shall be subject to the provisions of the management plan approved by the director for the RPGWMA.

When notified by the Department, the right holder shall install and maintain a measuring device of a type acceptable to the Department as part of the diverting works.
