218 Water shall not be diverted from fire protection storage except to fight or repel an existing fire.
219 Right 95-12923 authorizes a total annual storage volume of 0.7 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the pond, for the replacement of losses caused by evaporation, and for the storage of water for wildlife, recreation, and fire protection purposes.
