Water shall not be diverted from fire protection storage except to fight or repel an existing fire.

This right authorizes the storage of an annual total of 16.0 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the pond or reservoir, the replacement of losses caused by evaporation from the pond or reservoir and the annual storage of water for irrigation, aesthetics, fire protection, wildlife and recreational purposes.

The pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 10.0 acre-feet or a total surface area of 1.0 acre.
Recreation storage is for fishing, swimming and boating.

This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 3.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.
