R62 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 3.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the lands above.
This water right does not authorize the construction of any well(s) or the withdrawal of water from any existing well(s) to fill the pond. This water right authorizes of a pond which will subsequently fill from shallow ground water and seepage from springs.
219 Right 95-12164 authorize the diversion of an annual total of 1.0 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the pond and for the replacement of losses caused by seepage and evaporation.
220 The pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 1.0 acre-feet.
123 Water stored under this right is subject to fluctuations of the water table caused by changes in the flow of local streams and by diversions under prior ground water rights. This right does not guarantee the maintenance of any particular ground water level.
