218 Water shall not be diverted from fire protection storage except to fight or repel an existing fire.
220 The pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 3.7 acre-feet or a total surface area of 0.4 acres.
219 Right 95-11009 authorizes the total annual storage of 6.1 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the pond and for the replacement of losses caused by evaporation.
Recreational use is for fish.
X35 Rights 95-11009 and 95-9273 when combined shall not exceed a total annual storage volume of 6.1 acre feet.
