X15 A fish screen of 0.25 inch or smaller mesh shall be installed and maintained at the point of diversion.
221 The right holder shall install and maintain an impermeable liner in the pond to eliminate seepage losses.
220 The pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 1.3 acre-feet or a total surface area of 0.13 acres.
219 Right 95-10984 authorizes the diversion of an annual total of 2.6 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the pond, replacement of losses caused by evaporation and for recreation, aesthetic, wildlife, fire protection and irrigation purposes.
